Your needs may same as the needs of other churches. If possible, we will consider your needs in the design. If your church has members who are able to write computer programs, we recommended that he/she help your church to modify ACTS. We will teach him about the system design so that he/she can modify in line with the entire structure. At the same time, your changes can also feedback to ACTS and let other churches to enjoy it. A: ACTS now supports to import membership data in Excel format. Other information, such as activties, accounting, etc., there is no import feature. It is because the database design of different systems are vary, the process of data import is not the same each time. Furhtermore, the information inside the database are privacy data, ACTS developers are not suitable to read. Therefore, we suggest that if your church brothers and sisters have a good understanding of the computer, we can technically assist them in the importing.

A: The ACTS church management software is basically a Windows-based system. This kind of design can only serve the computers which installed it. Only the operators can access and query the data and it cannot let the church to provide services to the members. Due to this limitation, the concept of Webtool comes. Webtool is an extension of the ACTS church management software which allow church members to participate in.
